Capacity will be confirmed on request, depending on the format. The timing of your event will be set out in the quote, within the hours authorised for the venue. Music can be discussed, within the venue’s sound limits.
The menu: signature cocktails, British classics and a real alcohol-free list
For your event, the Windsor will offer its menu: signature cocktails and British classics, a genuine alcohol-free list prepared with the same care, British beers and champagnes. Drinks will be set out in the quote, charged on consumption or in quantities agreed in advance.
Food will feature sharing boards and dishes prepared with local artisans. The menu is in preparation: allergies and dietary requirements will be taken into account when we discuss your quote.

Getting here from the UK and beyond
Le Touquet – Elizabeth II airport is close to the town centre. By rail, Étaples-Le Touquet station is linked to the centre by the Caddy Express shuttle. It runs Thursday to Monday and must be booked in advance, online or at the tourist office. According to the tourist office, Le Touquet is 2h30 from Paris and 1h30 from Lille. For corporate groups, the tourist office also presents its business tourism service.

Private hire at the Windsor will be for adult guests. For a family event including minors, each request will be considered with you: minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, no alcoholic drinks will be served to them and ID may be requested.
